The app has exercises for your abs, tricep, bicep, back, cardio, chest, and legs. Each of the exercises are personally used by me in my workouts and have helped me to gain more muscle and become fitter over my year of working out. I also provide simple tips I have learned for each exercise to better your form and get the most benefit out of each exercise.
On top of the features above, you can customize the app to add and save your own focus areas/playlists and exercises. Or switch over to using notes to write down any reminders during your workout.
